Wall mounted TV...plasma, LCD?

Just doing research at the moment. I doubt I will buy, but maybe a good wall mounted TV in the 1500-2000 dollar range. HD and widescreen and all that jazz. I'm not entirely sure what to look at when it comes to TVs, nor the good websites for reviews. Some personal suggestions on specific tvs, brands, and websites to look at would be awesome. Thanks.
