Wall chargers for smartphones; question about mA

I have a Droid X, and a BB storm as a backup. The charger for the Droid X has a very short USB cable that plugs into a wall socket device/charger. The charger device output reads:

5.1v
850mA

My BB storm charger is a complete one-piece charger that can also plug into my Droid X. It's output readings are:

5v
700mA

I understand 5v is the standard for USB. The other milli-amp reading I'm not sure of.

Should I expect any problems if I used my BB charger with the longer cable/cord on my Droid X ??

Should be no problems, the BB charger will be about 15% slower than the Moto one to charge the Droid.

Yep, I been using my BB Storm Charger as well, since that cable that came with the Droid X is way too short.
