The problem with that argument (lol) is that it's hard to be racist against whites when I myself am white, as are many others who are sick of white supremacists and their conservative enablers. The only thinking I do about those of color are along the lines of felling bad that their experience as a citizen of this nation isn't the same as mine and wanting to do something about it.

...why exactly? Does your skin color automatically dictate the appropriateness of your opinion on certain questions? Is an opinion less or more valuable simply because of a person's superficial appearance? Irony is thick here.

In other words, you see a black person and feel bad for them because of prejudice. That is terribly arrogant and patronizing. Just because you're white doesn't give you the right to make sweeping assumptions about a person's lot in life. It's already been documented that progressives talk to blacks in simpler terms, whereas conservatives speak to them no differently than those of any other race.

So what? That doesn't explain minorities' clear preference for the Democratic Party or our willingness to elect minorities & women to office. That stands in sharp contrast to the GOP.

Obama added about $10 TRILLION to the debt over his eight years. Trump is on a pace to add much less. Far from ideal, but doing better than the past admin.

Sure, if you ignore the realities of what each inherited that would be a great measure. The problem is Obama inherited an economy in complete collapse. The first couple of years of his admin were a fight just to keep the country and it's industries viable. By the end he had reduced annual deficits immensely.

Then came Trump. He inherited a booming economy which has continued on the same pace as when he entered office. It's hasn't accelerated, it's stayed exactly as it was. In that time he has managed to balloon deficits to over a trillion dollars. To be able to do this with what he inherited shows an immense incompetence by him and the GOP in general.
 
I voted for Trump.

I will not vote for Trump again. I guess that means I've #walkaway.

That said, I'm not sure if I'll vote democrat though. If they have anybody nominated that is halfway respectable they will get my vote. But from what I'm seeing so far, I'm not holding my breath. My main criteria is the government being owned and operated from Israel. Trump proved that to be true. I will see who pledges allegiance to Israel at AIPAC. If the nominate has gone, I won't vote at all.

I did and many others are now, too... People in the year 2019 do NOT want to align themselves with bigots, racists, nor America hating traitors...

Imagine that, when you stop being a racist and accept people of all colors and religions, you no longer cast R votes... Even if you still support several old conservative traits, like hunting, carrying, capital punishment, etc....

When you stop being single item voters, you gain your red, white, and blue wings...
