Walmart grocery is not meant to be a full service grocery store. It has the basic grocery supplies sold under one roof for convenience. If you want a full service store, fine, go to that store but don't expect walmart to be one.

This whole thing is called change and people don't like change, too freakin bad, deal with it.

i don't think it's so much "change" as "corporate overgrowth" or "the downfall of America" :D

Stop your whining. Any depreciation in your home's value will be offset by the extreme savings that Wal-Mart offers to your personal finances. Besides, your trendy "Evil-Mart" bitching won't get any sympathy from ATOT, the majority of which, I'm sure, shops at Wal-Mart.

Yeppers indeed.

I have been forced to shop at the Evil Mart, the couple of remaining stores in the area have obviously been hurt that they can no longer keep adequate stock on hand and Wally World is a lot cheaper.

what a sell-out. I would not darken their doors under any circumstance, I do not agree with the political causes they openly support.

To Kill the Wal-mart you must find the heart of the wal-mart
The Heart of the Wal-mart is next to the tv department and to the left of the plasma tv

we can agree to disagree then. I won't be shopping there:)

More than two-thirds of its stores are in states that voted for Bush in 2000 and the "Wal-Mart" effect clearly leans in favor of the Republicans. Like some other firms, the company has a political action committee (PAC) to collect donations from employees for campaign contributions.
Wal-Mart's committee was the second most important business PAC in the United States, with nearly 1.5 billion dollars in contributions, about 80 percent of which went to Republicans, according to the independent group Political Money Line.

I won't support them for supporting bush, either.

While charging low prices obviously has some consumer benefits...

Gee, ya think?

On the flip side, NOBODY is forced to work there, so go shop in your overpriced bauble boutiques, and leave the free market to decide for itself!
