CNN has been airing a teser for tonight's Connie Chung show. Supposedly, someone sent some family portrait pictures to Wally World to be developed, but Wal-Mart says they're pornography. Does anyone know any of the details on the case? I don't really want to watch Connie Chung to find out. :)

somebody had some pictures of their ~3 year old (girl i think) in the bathtub, or running around the house without pants or something like that

and some freak at the photo development lab turned them into the police for child porn

its a big mistake

people without kids don't seem to understand that kids under age ~5 don't always want to wear their clothes

no big deal except the idiot that tried to make a big deal out of it

God, I hate people like that. Since when are picture developers supposed to be the police?

used to work at a chain camera store for several years, so here's my bit. company police dictates if we saw something that could be contstrued as child porno we report it. we got hundreds of rolls of porn in the time I worked there; we only reported porn once and AFAIK he was arrested.

porn/nudity in general. of course we got the usual bathtub shots...even got some from nudist camps, but thats not stuff that should be reported.

Empty out a roll of pictures of your wang and get it developed at Walmart. Let us know the outcome...

I used to work in a Wal-Mart photo lab (glad that is in the past).
Corporate policy states that they don't print nudity of any type. They even have a little note that goes inside the film package to say that they don't print it. In short, if you want pics of your wang, send it out to be processed. No one else wants to see it.

by law, they will report you to law enforcement (I think FBI) if you develop pictures of nude children. You get put on some sort of watchlist for potential pedophiles, even if it's an innocent family picture.

I know two people that were informed they were being reported. One of them developed a picture of this grandaugher in the bathtub.

My god, that's f@cked up. :Q So I assume all doctors should be arrested for touching naked babies too? And the parents and relative who took any pictures of the newborn are all diddlers and should be thrown in jail?

It's this kind of sh|t that just makes me lose my faith in the world.

Oh, BTW, if I had any nekkid pics of any women I cared about that I was going to develop, I sure wouldn't turn them over to some pimple-farming snot-nosed Dungeons-and-Dragons playing Walmart photolab clerk to f@p to the covert duplicates he made. :|
