That RCA 7" tablet for $29 looks interesting to me. (I guess I've been on a cheap tablet kick lately.)

Anyone know how much RAM it has? Or a page with specs?
 
Anyone have any experience with the quad core Celerons like in that laptop? I have a friend looking for an extreme budget laptop and I told her Black Friday was likely to yield some great deals. I told her that Best Buy laptop with the i3-4330U is a really good deal at $300 since it uses a Haswell i3, which have such great hyperthreading. Is that i3 is just a slower clocked version of the desktop one, but with no turbo boost? (It's at 1.9 GHz with no turbo boost, and it seems like the i5-4300U is the same chip but with a turbo boost to 2.9GHz).

Not sure if instead I should direct her to the WalMart quad core Celeron for $50 less. All she wants it for is internet, email, watching streaming video and youtube, and word processing, but I'm worried that Celeron will feel really slow.
