Is it for anyone else? My alarm goes off at 7:31am and I have to work at 9am. At 7:31 when it goes off (radio, I would rip the thing outta the wall and throw it across the room if it was on BEEP BEEP), I hit the Snooze button until about 8:49am (it goes off every 6 minutes) and then I get up, throw some clothes on and go to work. Shower at lunch break. I just find it extremely difficult to get up cause I love sleeping so damn much. Maybe I should go to bed earlier...

EDIT: Grammar
EDIT: Spelling

My alarm went off at 6:25a and I didn't get up until 7:15a or so. Then, after getting ready to go, I realized that I don't have to go in to work today until 11:30a.

'doh!

Might want to set up a tape recorder to see if you snore. People who wake up feeling tired even after 8 hours of sleep could potentially have sleep apnea. Of course, if you're not getting 8 hours of sleep, you might want to just go to sleep earlier.

EDIT: Grammer

lol

On topic:

I hate waking up. Not that I enjoy sleeping so much, just not a morning person.

Once I'm up for an hour or two and my headache goes away and/or sinuses clear up (allergies, thank god for cold & sinus Advil) I feel much better.

I've been running on 2-4 hours of sleep per night. Mornings come way too early, and I have had a hard time getting into a real groove at work until about noon.

I used to hate mornings. My problems with alarms got better once I got one that didn't have a snooze button. Why drift halfway off only to be woken up every few minutes. Get one with the bells on top and put it across the room, heck get two so when one stops, the other picks up. They practically scare you out of bed, especially the first few days.

Why not set your alarm for 8:30am instead of 7:30 since you wont really be sleeping well that whole hr that your alarm keeps going off.. might as well get a whole extra hour of sound sleep.

Put the alarm clock in the bathroom.

That way, you have to get out of bed to turn it off and while you're there, splash some water in your face

Yeah but you can just hit the snooze button and plop right back down on the soft pillow, close your eyes, and drift off to sleep, it's soooo nice. Goes off every 6 minutes but I fall asleep like 30 secs after hitting it. :)

Good idea. Although tomorrow I'm gonna try not to be a pussy and get up early enough to have breakfast and shower. Let's see if I do...

Maybe you need to improve your diet and get some more excercise. Drink more water - fatigue is commonly caused by mild dehydration.
