It is nice to see them out, I know I might be screwed on price, but hey... I had a bit of headroom from my $300 GTS being sold. Its a performance upgrade (i hope).

I dont have a video card right now to run my quad machine, so first 8800GT that has a good company making it I'm all over.
 
Why wouldn't they just say XXX then? I think this one is reference or mildly OC'd. I doubt they would give up the XXX brand. They must have a XXX somewhere though. I'll keep a lookout for that one. I only see XFX, PNY and MSI on froogle right now. I want to see EVGA and BFG.

Nothing at Mwave though. They always break release dates. lol

Can you step from these? I remember reading something that you couldn't or you couldn't step to them. Forgot which way it was.
 
Lol, I can't wait for an 8800GT FATAL1TY that will probably sport 750/2000/1875 clocks =P

Of course with a stock cooler I'm guessing the thing would just catch on fire eventually.

LOL...was just thinking that. But it will probably be another 2-3 months for that one.

I cancelled my order..... This is the lowest clocked xfx version at 600/1800


im gonna wait til the higher clocked versions come out.

You would be lucky if you get $200 for it. Maybe $150 if that barely. I don't think its worth selling it because what will you use when your 8800 GT dies or you want to step up ?
 
This is the reference clocks for $280. The OC'd ones will be $300+ Ouch..that superclocked EVGA could go for $320. MSRP is $250 isn't it?
