Wake up to locked up System, WTF???

Every now and again....3x in the past 2 months....I wake up to a hardlocked system....I can turn the monitor on, but as soon as I go to move the mouse, I get one constant beep and have to reboot, or its just frozen with no beep and I have to reboot.. I can attribute either : unstable RAM, CPU, Video card....downclocked fsb a bit but does anyone have any other logic tot his??

Nope all disabled...I thought maybe it was instability...but I mean, I can game for like 15 hours STRAIGHt nfsu/ut2k4 etc at LANS with NO problems....and it doesnt do it during the day while I'm at work, only the odd night

Have you tried disassembling your computer totally and blasting everything with compessed air? Sometimes faulty connections can cause hardlocks. Other than that, if it continues, try a clean install of XP. Or try running stock.
