Wake on Lan or USB

Did some searching around but so far no luck. Is the wake-on-usb input a BIOS setting or an OS setting? I don't see anything specific in the BIOS but it's a new BIOS (new PC) so I might be missing it.

It's an AMI BIOS and it has ErP. There is some PME setting but I don't see any thing like wake on kb or wake on mouse or even wake on lan.

I must be missing some piece of info. Can you help?
