Red Lobster is trashy people's version of a nice restaurant. Went there once, never again. Too expensive and not even good food.

I guess it's a YMMV, the one near us has reasonable prices, good service and great food. For like $20 the Captains platter is awesome, everything is freshly breaded and fried, I can tell the difference, I worked at a seafood restaurant for 5 years..

Yup, I remember being in line at a grocery store and the UPC code was incorrect for a pack of gum, off by $.05 and the guy went ballistic on the poor cashier and it wasn't even her fault, I felt like whacking him TBO..

You have to understand that at ATOT, it's hip to hate certain things and state that such shit is beneath you. Red Lobster is one of them.

lol people are so insane these days. If for whatever reason they were annoyed by the waitress constantly coming over they could have simply mentioned it. "Mind if I ask you to come less often, it's not necessary" or something to that extent. Would be awkward, but it's probably more awkward having paramedics come over, followed by police.

It sounds like the waiter must have said something to the customers that got them to retaliate. The server got exactly what she wanted, a lawsuit.

I'm siding with the customers on this one. Because the customer is always right. The manager should fire their server, apologize for their trouble, and give them coupons for free food. It's the American way. I mean, what if they don't come back?
