waiting for packages is so frustrating

especially now that u can track them and know exactly where they are...

The package I am waiting for arrived at the local post office on friday and it still hasnt been delievered...if i didnt work when they were open i would be down there and just make them give it to me...oh well, maybe i will do that tom. during my lunch hour

Get all of your friends and march down to the Post Office they are secretly holding it there just to drive you crazy. FedEx does this all the time with me. Their computer system tells me that my package from Newegg is in but they won't delivery it to me that day since it says it wasn't scheduled until the next day, but I can drive the 15 miles and pick it up myself. The post office does the same thing, but their computer system sucks so you really can't track worth a damn. That's why I go UPS all the time, no hassle.

Frustrating maybe...
But you feel like a little kid again when you get that ring of the doorbell.. (My new tires were just delivered by FedEx... Off to Sam's Club tomorrow to have em installed.. 😀 )

If I buy something online, no matter how big or small, my entire week is based around the anticipation of the delivery of that package. Having a rough day at work? Just think about that package.

hate it when Fed Ex leaves that note that I can pick it up after six, or they'll try again tommorrow.

The only worse anticipation is when you ship something via snail mail, & your hoping & praying that he/she/it gets it. Then your hope & pray with anticipation that they/it won't demand a refund, keep the package anyway & leave a neg just to spite you.

Just then do you start to anticipate when half/ebay/paypal will all suspend you accounts simultaneously & keep any funds currently in your accounts.

oh the joy
