Waiting for Network?

Hello.

I have been trying to work with my Netgear WGT624 Router for ages now to be able to go wireless but have so far been unsuccesful. I bought a new wireless adapter from Zonet. (ZEW2500P) and I cant get around to installing it. I see my router show up on the list of available wireless networks but when I try to connect, it just gives me this "Waiting for Network" message and quits on me. Any suggestions?
 
Did you read and follow the instructions in the manual?

I have that same wireless router and once setup properly works great.
