I think for cases like this, the police should just find the woman who did it, knock on her door, and when she answers, shoot her with a taser. They should sit there for a few minutes with the juice on, and then they tell her what that was for. Repeat weekly, until the punishment is equal to the crime.
 
Back in high school I stopped by to eat at a local McDonald's and turns out a girl in one of my classes was working the register there. I did not know she worked there so when she saw me in line she said hi and we talked for a second or two. There was a lady in front of me and it was actually her turn, so I when my friend asked to take my order, I deferred to the woman in front of me. The woman said, "Don't even bother," and walked away acting like we spat in her face or something.

I guess some people need to get their Big Mac fix.
