The mighty Purch Patrol has some holes in their game. They took the censor function, and most other things, even posting forum-wide announcements, away from us, and put them in the hands of their resident geniuses. It was another Festivus Miracle!
 
Our new Premier in Ontario is trying to bring back "buck a beer" I'll believe it when I see it. They should also do that for bread/milk/eggs

Lol yeah it's ridiculous that this was basically his main platform, and he won! How about lowering the costs of living that actually matter like hydro and food, and in some cities, rent. The worse part is his buck a beer promise is not reducing the taxes, but rather forcing the brewers to lower their prices by cutting their own costs. How about get rid of the tax altogether, there is already ~15% HST on everything we buy, is that not enough? I guess it's never enough.
