Most estimates I've seen for anything higher than 1ghz seem to be q1 2011. I haven't seen anything to indicate that there are going to be and major hardware changes between now and xmas. Just remixes of the components you're already seen. Maybe... maybe the droid pro that is rumored to have a 1.2ghz chip......

Keeping up with smartphones this fall, there isn't any indication of a 1ghz+ phone coming out this year, let alone a 2ghz/dual core.

I suspect we won't see huge improvements until next year.

? gigahertz phones have been out for more than 6 months, hardware is due for an upgrade soon. also once you have 4g, the current cpus would be very limiting. you disagree with that?
