I hit Logout, it tells me the forums will reload, and it's still the same. :Q

I refresh on my end and everything!

Did you try clearing your cookies?

clearing cookies obviously would help, but then it clears all the cookies you have that you want to stay there (other forums/websites that use cookies to store login info, etc).
