Hello Case forum, I purchased a Wahoo Stratagem for my

dual Xeon system over 1 year ago. It took a little while to arrive
(approx 3 weeks), but I was pleased with the product. Now I am building a second work station and ordered again on the 27th of September. I have not been able to get anyone at Wahoo Computers to answer the phone or return an email in the last week. They charged my credit card immediately as this was a custom build (essentially they mod a YY cube). I am worried if these guys have closed shop, you can not run a business if no-one is answering the phone, the web site is up www. wahoocomputers.com, but no emails are answered and the toll free number rings a couple of times and then picks up and hangs up.

Does anyone have any additoinal info about this company. My last contact was 27 Sept, 2004.

Wow, this is shady stuff. Here is there reseller rating, not very good. They've only had 3 reviews, most of which are bad. If I ordered from a company and it took 3 weeks to arrive, I'd never order from them again unless they made up for it and apologized.
 
call your credit card company and have them dispute the charge to your account so you can get your money back.

i've dealt with a place like that before and sent my reciept to my credit card company and refunded me my money no problem. The place was called acesclub.com and shortly after i made a the complaint to my credit card co the site shut down but they reopened under new management about a month later. Now however they seem to be closed.
