I am 5 10 and my goal weight is about 230 to 240 for now. Then we will see what my body fat % is then and see if I can lose any more of it. Honestly, I may have to undergo plastic surgery to remove the excess skin around the middle if I keep going.
 
Sheepathon. I do allow myself a cheat meal every once in a while, and the bbq is one of them. I just did a bbq meal back in december Smoked pork shoulder over ribs. DAMN!!! It was good

Rather than eat 3 large meals, I eat a lot of small meats throughout the day. This has raised my metabolism, and allowed me to loose weight.

Edit: NM I didn't read correctly. I also thought this was since august of 2005.. and was like :Q
