Grab the MSConfig util from WindowsXP from a few posts back. And get web washer. And install SP2.

Maybe if you have certain hardware configs, but I've been using it for a while now and it works just fine for me.

I going to download the network copy and take to office
hope the sp2 would fix the memory dump and restart problem
but i doubt it, since i know it's the software that cost it
it's my cybergines phone system software

I have just installed Win2k PRO, and i want to upgrade to Service Pack 2. Do i need to install SP1 first and then SP2?

I know this has been asked before, but i just can't remember!

No, SP2 will fix everything that SP1 fixed and more.
