Already posted a thread a while back on the new gorgeous Volvo V90 and now GM is bringing the Opel Insignia Touring to the US with a Buick Regal badge.

I was planning to replace the family car with a CPO V90 in 2 years but if this thing is anywhere near 40-45K loaded I am all over it brand new.

It definitely has similar lines to the V90 which is a good thing.

Awesome. The regal is surprisingly good, too.

The wagon I really wanted for a daily was the acura tsx, but alas no manual.

Good, wagons are awesome. No one's gonna buy them though, they can still buy giant pickup trucks to go to the grocery store with.

I'm a wagon owner. I would love to replace it with a new wagon.
As for the designs above, they look great and they will sell exactly 17 of them before stopping sale in the US 4 years after introduction.
Wagon market is very niche and a tough sell in the US.

Looks awesome (as does the sedan). Hope it sells well (although not crossing my fingers). I wonder if they will bring it to the US with a slight lift like the A4 allroad.

Y'all know what's even better? The shooting brake.

That apogee of the enthusiast pantheon which they will sell all 5 of before canceling, and the used market that all of us cheap ass bastards were waiting for will inflate to double msrp.

COMING back? I thought they were already back. Calling them a crossover doesn't make them any less of a wagon.

NO! No more lifted wagons. Give me a real sport wagon that isn't German and expensive!

i love it.

needs more crappy black plastic around the wheels and an absurd roof rack to compete here though.

Outback isn't bad actually. I just wish it was more sporty. It feels much lower than our Forester.

GM is going to try and make that the Holden Commodore... good luck with that.

That does look amazing... but it will never sell in large numbers here.

I had a 2009 a4 avant as a loaner for a day once. It was an awesome wagon , but somehow Americans would rather buy one with a less than one inch lift and black cladding. I have no idea why

Crossover is usually taller and has more ground clearance. A wagon is more like a stretched car.

I had a Mazda 6 wagon for a couple of years. I liked a lot about it but my wife never really cared for it so we traded it for her first minivan. Growing up we had a real wagon with the rear facing bench seat.
