I bought this HP branded Intel 80GB G1 on 9/3/2009 and was having problems with it dropping from the array.

I got this from a bootable test CD.....

The drive tests well with the Intel toolbox but I can't load an OS.

Since this is an Intel branded HP drive I called HP on Friday and Intel today but I find no one will accept responsibility for an RMA.

The drive was purchased from Hyper Microsystems.

I just wanted to include their name into the "Hall of Shame" for denying any responsibility of faulty piece of equipment.
