Wacom Bamboo = Code expired

I did a bit of asking around to see if this one is any good, and most people seemed to point out its a bit too tiny for any half serious drawing hobby (which is what I needed it for). Should be fine as an alternate input device though.
 
A friend of mine loves his Bamboo.
Sure there are larger tablets... But not for $55. That's why it's posted in "Hot Deals".
 
I am not questioning the validity of this deal, rather I am interested in one myself. Thus was previous post, hoping to generate more responses from others 🙂 That, and a caveat in case someone was wondering about the same thing I once had been.

In case I forgot to say, thank you for the deal, I will have to sleep on it a bit.
 
I use one with zbrush and mudbox and like it a lot.
There are bigger tablets from wacom but they tend to get in my way.
 
I have one...
I'm half way tempted to buy another one for my daughter, since she won't leave mine alone.
