I'm running Windows 2000 Pro SP3
Everything used to work fine and everything works fine when downloading from newsgroups, it's just from FTP sites.
I have BulletProof FTP, CUTEFTP, WSFTP, and FlashFXP all do the same exact thing. My other server works fine with the same programs. I about to just re-install Windows cause it's so frustrating. Any ideas?
