Their costumer service rocks, their online banking is great and they are worlds better than the POS bank I just switched from. :thumbsup:

I agree. I have been a First Union / Wachovia customer for six years and I have always been happy with them.

They are taking over SouthTrust here and once they do I'll probably be switching to them.
