W95 enabling standby?

My laptop used to have the standby option in the shutdown menu, but one time Windows asked if I wanted it turned off and I accidentally click yes. Now I cant figure out how to turn it back on.

There is no "power mgmt" listed in the "System->Device Mgr" list
I see an "Advanced Power Mgmt support" in the "System->Device Mgr->System Devices", but it looks fine (enabled, no conflicts)

Any other suggestions?

The Power Mgmt from the control panel looks fine
(When plugged in, turn off after 30 min and after 15 min on battery)

Thats for auto standby (which doesnt work), but I cant even manually go into standby anymore (from the shutdown submenu)
