Are there any decent benchmarks between these two? Preferably with a dual-core and non-SSD computer.

It's slower. Games are definitely slower. Internet browsing is slower but less noticeably.

Games are particularly slower due to the new WDDM and DX10/11 (vs 9) render path. Makes the games and computer more stable, at the expense of performance.
It's a necessary evil.
Please tell us what things you're concerned about being slower.
