W7 clean install

I bought an upgrade to Vista Home Premium and am going to install W7 Pro. When I do it through the os side it won't let me delete the OEM partition. Do I need to do the clean install the normal way then?

I do have a question about an upgrade compared to a full version. Does an upgrade have less things in it? I know this is minor but when I went to games there were no games there. Is that right? Or does W7 Pro not have any games?

I am really a little confused right now. I don't know what to do because when I installed the 32 bit W7 I started having a little problem with my screen. The screen would occasionally start getting jagged lines on pictures and things. I would click and then it would go away. I wonder what I did wrong?

Check

Control Panel --> Programs -->Turn Windows Features On or Off -->Games

The Pro version has them off by default because businesses don't need their employees playing games all day.

As for your screen issue, i would reinstall your latest video drivers.

Did you do an in place upgrade or a fresh install of Win7?

I had to do a fresh install because an upgrade from Vista 64 bit to a W7 Pro 32 bit would not cross upgrade.

Ok, I see about the games.

I won't play the games on this very much anyway but just curious if something was wrong.

What drivers would you use?
When I go to Dell's site the only choices for my computer are
Vista 32 and 64 bit and W7 64 bit but no 32 bit.
