So I did research and looks like its a bug for W7 and 2008 server,
Microsoft released a dynamic cache with instructions to copy to system32 and run some commands in command prompt. I have the service started,
But when I go to registry , my
and folllow instructions it dont work either. Soo I dont think you guys should care about this dynamic cache fix by microsoft.
Now is there a real way a way that works to decrease the cache size or have max be 1000MB not steal 4GB for system cache... your available free RAM just goes down and down. I hate this.
maxsystemcachesizembytes
is the string. if you type dynamic cache microsoft fix download in google you should find it
But now what to do I tried CacheMan and that doesn't do it. I think cuz there was no option to set the cache size..
Is there a app or a reg hack so I can have my system cache to 1GB and the rest available to ram.
Or can someone teach me how to use cache man and limit the cache size to 1GB and under, never more then that,,,,,, hmmm
The old cacheman had the option to change cache size long time ago,, weird I dont see it in app hmmm ?
I've had enough of this nonsense for 1 day.
