W2K/Win98 Problems

Ok - about two to three weeks ago I had a major fiasco getting Windows 2000 installed.

Well I got a Boot Disk from Micron, so I could boot and format and partition and so forth.

Well I go to format my parents computer, and well - it don't work.

I try to see if it will work in my computer; lo and behold it doesn't.

So now I have major problems. I can't format. Seems as my disks became "unformatted".

Any ideas?

Your post is confusing. I am not sure what whether you are trying to format all HDD that has Win2k Pro, or that you are trying to format a HDD with Win98 and want to install WIn2k Pro.

You can format the HDD via Win2k Pro CDROM. Boot from the CDROM and tell it to format the HDD.
