Managed to install W2k on a computer which has 64MB of SDRAM and a 200MMX processor. After completing the installation and rebooting the OS just stalls and will not load. Although the memory and processor meet Microsoft's minimum requirements I am wondering whether or not these are just for installation and that to have this OS function properly one needs additional memory and higher cpu. Does anyone know what is recommended to have this OS function? Also, once the OS hangs after booting up there are multiple beeps coming out of the computer's internal speaker.

I'm running 2K on a P200/32MB box as I type this, so that's not the problem.

The beeps you're hearing are 'beep codes'. They're trying to tell you something.
Poke around in the mobo or system manual to decipher them.
