W2k to Windows Me...can't get full capacity back.

I'm coming from NTFS to FAT32...just because of temporary compatability issues but i can't get my full capacity back. I have it setup as RAID 0 and the controller detects 76GB...but when i try to use FDISK it only sees like 100MB. How do i get the space back?
