Is there a way for W2k server to create a outlook profile automatically when a user logs in terminal service? This is for only Terminal Service.

A roaming profile for whatever users will be logging into the server via TS. Or, a local profile on the TS box for each user that will be logging on.
Just make sure the profiles have outlook setup on them ahead of time (i.e outlook is pointed at the users mailbox).

Use office resource kit to do this. If you have Office XP, you're golden .. the resource kit is much more powerful compared to the office 2000 RK.

You can use this RK not only for terminal services users, but also your network users.
