W2K Server Memory Error Help needed

Below is the memory error I get periodically:

The instruction at "0xparameter " referenced memory at "0xparameter ". The memory could not be read.

Support Tools Error Message gives the following answer:

Error Message:
The instruction at "0xparameter " referenced memory at "0xparameter ". The memory could
not be "text ".

User Action:
This is a Windows 2000 Executive STATUS error message. Choose an option from the
message box. Contact your technical support group.

HOW CAN I RID MY SERVER OF THIS ANNOYING ERROR???
