W2k Pro SP4 on 64bit?

Next week I will be replacing dead Athlon XP 2400+ cpu with new Athlon64 3500+ and new mobo as well. I wonder if the W2k Pro will run ok with new cpu and mobo?

Win2K will run just fine on that A64 3500+

However your sig will need at least a dual core Athlon 3800+
