wow...that was pretty uncalled for...if you read the forum rules you can read where it states what budman has stated...and when you get out of high school remember that you cant always talk to people like you do your parents...just because they will take it doesnt mean that real world people will...
 
Dude, I agree posting that stuff is a no no... but thank you so much for posting it. Microsoft is taking waayyy to long to release the final.

Now wondering if I should choose between this beta, or the hot fix issued, or the registry hack to get my ata100 hd's running faster.

Stantheman... if you have nothing good to say, shut the hell up...
 
Bozo, were you running an ata66 drive or a ata100 drive?

And if it was ata100, did you leave the regedit as enableata66... or did you change it to something like enableata100?
 
i did the hotfix for ata100 support and it increased some perfrmance, but not by much(obviously, im still using ata66 😉 ) what is the registry hack? i havent seen anything about that.
