W2K pro or XP pro for HTPC

I am building a HTPC and should be done by the end of the week. I was leaning on using W2k for the HTPC and using XP on my Desktop. What would you prefer.

I will be using a AMD 3200 64 bit with 512 mb of ram, ATI 8500DV AIW
 
definantley xp. have you given a thought on media center 2005? it has extra media features that xp pro doesn't have.
 
I have already have Xp pro. So I don't really want to buy another OS. Unless their is some sort of expansion pack I can buy, but I haven't heard of such a thing.
