W2K Macro Software: Does it exist?

I'm looking for a solid, easy to use software product that let's me create keyboard/mouse macros. For example, I'd like to be able to hold my mouse over a word, graphic, etc. in IE or Word and then run a macro that does something like "right mouse click, S, S". Does this exist? Thanks!
