W2K 'Bad Call' shutdown error

Anybody seen a 'Bad Call' error when shutting down (or restarting) in Windows 2000?

I here the drives stop, the screen goes blue, I get this error at the top of the screen, everything stops for a couple of seconds and then the machine restarts/shuts down (depending on what I asked it to do).

Any ideas?
