Gamera is the turtle.

Just like Godzilla, who started out as a "monster", Gamera ends up being a nice, friendly, ordinary giant flying turtle.

Wow! They resurrected Gamera in a new film in 1995!

which Godzilla was the one where he has to fight the 3 headed flying dragon monster but it's not just Godzilla fighting him, its like 5 other monsters teamming up w/ Godzilla

I saw this many years ago, and it was my favorite one...that and the one episode with Godzilla's son.
