I was charged almost a month ago. Not that it matters much. Last time the on-cd packages collection wasn't complete enough for an upgrade so I won't do much more than tinker until stuff gets to ftp anyway.I saw the charge on my card a day or two ago, so I'm hoping to get mine soon.
