So Finally been able to workout again after I had my ACL replaced, MCL repaired, and Cartlidge trimed.
I packed on the pounds not being able to workout in a great deal but now 6 weeks after rehab and I'm feeling it!
Lost a lot of fat replaced with muscle, still some to go though (damn love handles).
I can move my tits
Biceps grown about an inch or so.
Still a lot to go but wohooo happy so far! Couldn't have done it without supplements though b/c of my tall lanky build (6'5" Skinny Type Build)

Multi Vitamins
Diet:
Liquad Morning
Lunch of Mostly Protein
Shakes throughout the day
Dinner Fish or Steak
