It was a long interview!
Well, since I have to volunteer 10hrs for my course at school I offered that, figured it'd increase my chances! I have to read up on some stuff and write a test (80%+ to pass) and I'm in. I've gotta make sure I do this properly!
Basically I'll be helping people w/their comp shiznit. I might be working right inside the school or I may be going to peoples' homes. This should be exciting.. lol. It's good though, perfect job for me if I get it. Get paid to do somethin that doesn't feel like a job!
They are looking for people 18-30, but I'm only 17, and I don't have a car. He said the age is "only a formality" though, and still giving me as much of a chance as anyone else. If I work at other peoples' homes I have to wear nice clothes (suit, tie y'know, that deal). have to look professional... wouldn't want some bum-looking-dude to show up at your door to fix your comp eh?
Anyway, I've pretty much got all the time I need to read up on their site, pass the exam (I have 3 shots too), etc. I've got a few hours to read up today before class. I don't know if I'll have time after class cause the comp lab may be closed, not sure. If it isn't I'll read 3-4 more hours there. Once I'm completely confident that I'll pass the test, I'll write it and let you guys know!

okay then, best of luck.
$10/hr is good stuff.
computers... EVEN BETTER!
I guess when you get this job, you'll be racking up the postcounts
>>
Nah. Fixing stuff and helping people, not chatting on forums. How can I be racking up posts here if I'm fixing their system? Oh and I already am racking up the postcount enough as it is. I'm easily posting 25-35 a day just by spending an hour or two a day here and there, since I have so many free blocks in my schedule. hopefully that'll evaporate into job time though.
