Most people don't like it. But it causes no permanent harm, maybe psychological, which is worth it if you have AQ #3 in your hands. IMO.

Quite different than President Obama's policy of extrajudicial assassination program on US citizens. (which begs the question if he;s willing to kill what about renditions and water boarding or worse, doubt it's stopped)
