vz phone with no data requirement?

My mom is looking to add a line to her vz family plan and is looking for a straight forward yet still elegant phone. Any good places to start?

Not sure what your idea of elegant phone is but man the phones that Verizon puts out for simple phones are so wack. Hell I'm using a Samsung Convoy and its bland.

VZW requires a $10 data plan on their "Feature Phones" which comprise of the nicer of their lot of dumb phones. It might be hard to find something "elegant" that they don't charge you at least a little for.

I should have specified what elegant mend toher. A dumb phone may be overkill.her favorite phone of all time would be the moto v60 flip. Some thing small, easy to use with real buttons and not designed for children, clean lines and subdued design

You might want to just go to the store and see what they have... most people who frequent this forum don't track dumb phones and/or flip phones too closely.

you can just look on their website, pretty sure we got my mom the Lg accolade which she feels is fine

LG Accolade looks fine. They used to have the Motorola W766 on there which is also pretty good, basically an updated RAZR2. They might still have those in the store.

But yeah just go to a store and see what she likes and is cheap.
