Straight up. I'd call you on a repost since I first announced this a month or two ago, but since it's an amazing car that needs the word spread, I won't. ;):p Yeah, I wish so badly was offered here in NA. Here are a couple new pictures of it... CHECK OUT THOSE SEATS! :Q

WRX what?

me too..

I am thinking since i am going to get a new car soon.. I have been taunting myself with the idea of getting VW to either make me a Jetta GLX VR6 with the Manual Tranny of the GLI (the GLX used to have a 6 speed manual tranny) - that wont be too hard to make..

Second thing for me was to put a 1.8T into a 4 Door Golf..... now can we say Weeeeee!

That shoudltn be too hard again, the chassis is the same for the golf and jetta.. so they can definfatley put it in.

Oh well I can dream until I get some money...to buy a new car.. otherwise I have to go Acura RSX-TypeS

I have nothing against the RSX execpt it doesnt have "heated seats"..... When I get the money I am going to talk to VW to see if they can make me a special "1.8T" model with sports suspension... just for me. I love hatchbacks.. my first car i ever had (though I never owned it) was a 1.6L Hyundia Excel (1989 model)...loved the fact that it coudl carry so much and still had good handling.. though that car was quite horrid in terms of its engine but it got me around .. and that mattered.

wow.
the most impressive thing about this car is its torque.

236 @ 2800rpm. wow.

my integra has about half of that at 8000rpm. :D

Howdy,
Just as SUVs and safety engineering (airbags, ABS) were the automotive wave of the 1990s, it appears that AWD sedans, AWD coupes, and now AWD hatchbacks are becoming the wave of the 2000-2010 decade.

Works for me, sedan & coupes & hatchbacks drive better than SUVs and get better mileage.

Damn and to think, I had an 86 8V GTI with 108HP and I thought that was a fun car. This 240HP one must be awesome to drive.
