Pretty decent deal. I think. Pricegrabber was bringing it up for $48 shipped at the cheapest. I have the 9151 model and it's slightly older, but I'm a big fan of VTech phones. They're cheap and work pretty good.

There is no link, because the item is not on BB's website.

Hey now, any info to back that up? I'm running 3 VTech's in this house without any problems. They can't be beat for the price.

I have two VTech 2-line phones, love them. Don't love the digital answering machine, though it's an older model.

Whoa.... I can..... the phone that i bought... which is exactly like this one, is SUCK. After using it for the first 4 months... the phone didn't want to charge. you had to position the handset carefully on the charger b/c if you didn't do it right, the handset wouldn't charge. I had 3 other friends have the exact same problem as I with their Vtec phones.

I, on the other hand, have counter-experience to that. I also have three Vtech cordless phones, and have almost zero trouble with them.

A little off topic, but this reminds me of when the K7S5A deals were out. Some people had problems, while others were happy with the price/performance value. *shrug* VTech's may not be your piece of pie, but if they are then enjoy!

I have a Vtec combo phone and answering machine. Phone is fine, but the answering machine sucks. The sound quality is so bad sometimes I can't make out any words in a message left by someone. Our outgoing message sounds really garbled as well, no matter how we record it.

Expecting a replacement from GE any day now.
