VPN Question

I'm wanting to setup a VPN into a private network. Not a point to point, but a roadWarrior VPN using a client like ShrewSoft.

All of the devices have addresses in 192.168.1.0/24

I want to set it up so that I can assign the remote host a virtual adapter that has an IP within that same subnet. This way it can communicate directly with the other devices on that subnet.

Anything I'm missing? Going to be using a Juniper Device for VPN gateway.

OpenVPN is cake to use and implement. That's what we use at work along with google authenticator for 2-factor (built-in) and I also use it at home on a hyper-v server. For VPN client I use viscosity.

We had a Juniper SRX as our VPN gateway and it was meh.
