I'm getting ready to pluck down 24 grand for 3 office vpn solution...

mainly looking at netscreen 204/208..

I know cisco just release their new vpn/firewall but is there anything else I might not have check ?

That seems pretty pricey.

You might want to check out Sonicwall or Cisco. Heck I'd plop down 3 cisco routers at 2500 a piece.

yeah, they had cheaper one but this ones got 200mbps triple des, unlimited connection, etc, warranty + support + upgrades + everything you can imagine + VAT and crap...

Thing is do you really need that much? How are these offices connected to the internet and at what speeds? I really like using a 2600 T1s because you have a single point of configuration and management. Slap a modem in there and you can support the entire network remotely even when you have problems. If you want performance slap an encryption card in the router (won't come near 200 Mbs but should be plenty unless you have DS3s to every location)

Remote management is a BIG deal.

24k, you could get 3 pix 515's and a 3005 vpn concentrator and still buy 1720's if you needed routers.
