VPN Connection

My friend and I are trying to set up a vpn so that we can play starcraft against eachother. I created the vpn connection and I think I set up my router correctly, and then I had him set up his router and a vpn connection. He tries logging in and it doesn't work and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. We tried using the program Himachi but it still didn't work. My guess is that we don't have something set up right, but ive followed all the guides ive found. Is there anyother way?

It depends how extreme you want to get, but this guy has a good tutorial on setting up OpenVPN, which will work for what you want to do but will require you to setup a junker pc with linux and use it as your router on your network:

Oops, sorry about that. I was multiple things while I was reading your post. I'll try to pay closer attention next time 😀
